Short Biography of our Founder Cengiz Karaman
He graduated from Istanbul University, Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations. He completed his master's degree in Industrial Relations at the same University. Between 1993 and 2005, he worked as a Human Resources Manager in corporate companies with foreign and domestic capital in the food, iron and steel, metal and white goods sectors. During this period he worked, psychometrics in recruitment, personality inventory tests, competency-based interview techniques, training effectiveness measurement, suggestion systems, target-based performance management, wages and fringe benefits, industrial relations, making collective agreements, career planning and talent management, administrative and social services. He took roles in projects related to the development of environmental and quality management systems.

Human Kapital was established on 16.05.2005.
With Zincirlikuyu Beşiktaş-Istanbul and Çorlu Offices, we provide recruitment services for Middle and Senior Manager positions throughout Turkey. We are an expert consultancy firm in the field of production in 24 different sectors, logistics and informatics sectors. To date, we have done successful work in recruitment projects with around 250 companies. 70% of these companies are foreign capital and 20% are domestic corporate companies. We carried out projects in the employment of the core staff of many start-up projects.
